I also find this one "xiaomi.eu_MI10_OS1.0.24.3.25.DEV_6c0be772b2_14_thor_04071127_ROOT_EROFS.zip" in one drive/github-action, what's the difference between this one and "ROM: xiaomi.eu_MI10_OS1.0.24.3.25.DEV_d3b1d48b86_14_thor_04080856_ROOT_EROFS"?
Thanks Bruce.
No difference, The files under github-actions and github release are built with latest porting script, no features added.

Bootloop on Mi logo. Back to 24.3.18.
24.3.25 was flashed with the same twrp than the 24.3.18 (the twrp in this thread).

All the same...

also quick little tip for the people out here.
if u want to make sure that ur phone boots properly into fastboot/recovery mode then here is how to do it :
1 : go to the settings of ur phone.
2 : then click on my device.
3 : scroll all the way down until u see detailed info and specs.
4 : in that page section click on the os version 7 times, u should see a message popup that u are a developer.
5 : scroll all the way down until u see additional settings.
6 : go to developer options and scroll down until u see this : extended power menu and toggle this on.
now everything is set, so now u dont have to use the volume buttons of power button on ur phone.
make sure u install the twrp version from this forum.
here is a quick little video for more context :

I downloaded the latest version file and tried to install it, it was installed without any problems. but the phone stayed at the mi logo. Then I realized there was no TWRP, it was deleted. I'm trying to install TWRP, it seems to be installed without any problems, but it is not installed. How can I solve it without deleting my data?

oh no, unfortunately u need to have the mi flash tool downloaded on ur computer and flash the stock recovery rom of ur phone. i had the same issue when i tried to flash and test 24.3.18 on my phone. if u want to do the process again, flash the stock recovery rom in mi flash tool, but u select clear all and lock, after that ur boot loader will be locked. to add on that u gonna have to do the whole process again, unlocking ur bootloader etc.
if u want, u can wait until xiaomi.eu has dropped new dev beta/stable roms this weekend. for more info check on the xiaomi.eu site. next update will be released on 13/14 april. make sure u make a backup on ur phone if u have done the process again so u don’t lose all ur stuff.

i was using magisk when i was on 24.3.18, but i install the latest rom file (24.3.25). when u update ur phone and ur phone is rooted, there is a highly chance that ur device will get bricked. the reason for that is that the image file overwrites its self.
yes, there is also a way on how to update ur phone without losing ur root.

Finally, my MI10 update to eu.3.25_dev.
1. This rom is bootloop : xiaomi.eu_MI10_OS1.0.24.3.25.DEV_d3b1d48b86_14_thor_04080856_ROOT_EROFS.zip
2. So I flash back to 3.18_dev
3. Then I download another rom: xiaomi.eu_MI10_OS1.0.24.3.25.DEV_6c0be772b2_14_thor_04071127_ROOT_EROFS.zip, it work.
4. Download link see the picture
