maybe u flashed the 14 ultra version instead of thor? in that case maybe format then reflash?

uhm okay, i might try it again tomorrow, this time making sure i flashed the right rom.

Hi friend,I had your wonderful work xiaomi.eu_MI10_OS1.0.24.3.18.DEV_95c05a2e91_14_thor_03231711_ROOT_EROFS installed and everything was ok,now I downloaded and upgraded to xiaomi. eu_MI10_OS1.0.24.3.25.DEV_eaaa4bb53e_14_thor_03300601_ROOT_EROFS, everything went without error
(I updated via windows_flash_script)
I'm stuck on logo.

the stable version seems work.

same issue here on OS1.0.24.3.25.DEV, unfortunately I cannot rol back as I donot have the MI10_OS1.0.24.3.18.DEV and I cannot download it from onedrive as it will not download :-(
any suggestion or mirror for MI10_OS1.0.24.3.18.DEV please ?

u can try the new one ( the thor build ) or the stable rom.
reminder : going from weekly to stable is an downgrade u need to format all ur data. make sure u have a backup of everything.
im now using the stable rom.

The installation went through without errors, but the Rom does not start and it stops at the Mi logo.
I have root and the latest TWRP on the phone.
Does anyone know a solution?

I installed it last nigt, works as good as the DEV one, maybe it's less heavy on battery than the weekly.
I would stay in the stable one.
