Pad ka prao is stir-fried minced meat (chicken, pork, beef or seafood) with holy basil, garlic, chili and soy sauce. Also, it is often served with rice and topped with a crispy pan fried egg.

In this pad ka prao recipe, I used ground pork, sweet Thai basil, garlic, shallots, tamarind concentrate, lime juice, brown sugar, fish sauce and soy sauce. I put chili peppers as an option. You can add chili peppers if you want it spicy.
